these are just pictures that i thought would be fun to post. it's been a while since our last post so today is marathon blog day as well. hope you enjoy all the new pics and entries




these are from father's day, each of the kids made a little frame for austin, so they each got to take a special picture with daddy to put in the frame

fiona loves to sit in this big orange chair in the front room and look at books, if it's really quiet and i haven't heard from her for a while then i can almost guarantee that's she's sitting in her favorite chair with a book

ian found austin's goggles and just had to put them on to color with. he is all about the accessories.

these are pictures from when we went to st george at the beginning of june. june was our vacation month, and it just sped by. i can't believe the 4th of july is just a few days away.
we went to zion's national park and glitterhole (a big gyp pit out in the middle of nowhere). we went with my family this time and it was definately interesting as well as fun.

bear lake trip

we just got back from our bear lake adventure last week. this year i made it till thursday without austin (that's only one day longer than last year). the kids and i were very ready to come home and be with daddy. i've just accepted the fact that i will never outlast amberlee, she is such a trooper.
i had a great time with the kids; it's such a fun family tradition.
we took the boys and fiona miniature golfing for the first time. they loved it. the boys were actually pretty good and really got into the game. wesley was very good and really seemed to take to it. ian liked to cheat. fiona liked to crawl through the obstacles, stand in the way of the ball, move the pipes and generally just bug her brothers by being so darn cute.
we all had great time at the beach and the pool. the boys have become really good swimmers (as long as they have their tubes or life jackets on). fiona even started getting the hang of paddling herself around in her tube. at the pool ian was everybody's friend, especially if they had cool toys. wesley loved the hot tub the best and was constantly trying to recruit people to sit in there with him. at the beach fiona ate a lot of sand, piled sand on mommy and enjoyed riding on the boat a little. i couldn't talk either of the boys to ride on the tube behind the boat this year. maybe next year.
it's good to be home and bring back so many fun memories.
